Private Reserve Ink Bottle – Avocado

Private Reserve Avocado brings a nuanced, olive green character to everyday fountain pen writing. The hue sits comfortably between earthy and refined, adding warmth and readability to notes, lists, and journal pages without overpowering the page.

Color & Performance

Expect an organic, medium-to-dark green with subtle yellow undertones. The ink offers smooth flow with a pleasantly lubricated feel typical of Private Reserve formulations, and can deliver gentle shading depending on paper and nib width. Dry time and saturation will vary by setup; on fountain-pen-friendly paper it maintains crisp definition.

Everyday Use

This water-based, dye-based formula is compatible with standard fountain pen feeds and cleans up easily with routine maintenance. It performs well in cartridge/converter pens, piston fillers, and eyedropper-ready designs. Like most dye inks, it is not waterproof; pairing with quality paper and allowing adequate dry time will showcase its best color and clarity.
