Monteverde Ink Bottle – Sapphire

Monteverde Ink Bottle – Sapphire delivers a refined, medium-blue tone that reads crisp and confident on the page. Balanced saturation keeps handwriting legible for notes, journals, and everyday correspondence, while the clean hue pairs well with both bright and cream papers.

Color & Formula

Sapphire offers a classic blue profile with subtle shading in broader nibs and on quality paper. The dye-based formula features Monteverde’s proprietary Ink Treatment Formula (ITF), which promotes smooth, consistent flow and helps keep feeds cleaner with regular use.

Writing Experience

Well mannered across a wide range of fountain pens, this ink provides a lightly lubricated feel without excessive feathering on most papers. Dry time will vary by nib and paper, but everyday users will appreciate its easy maintenance and straightforward cleanup with water.
