The LAMY Z28 Piston Converter opens your LAMY cartridge-style fountain pens to the world of bottled ink. Built with a clear body and a red screw knob, it offers clean visibility of your fill level and a smooth, reliable draw.

Craftsmanship & Compatibility

This reusable, screw-action piston unit is engineered for LAMY’s proprietary feed system and installs in seconds. It is designed for the LAMY Safari, AL-star, Vista, LX, Joy, Nexx, and ABC. It is not compatible with models that require the LAMY Z27 converter or pens with built-in piston fillers.

Use & Care

Attach the converter firmly to the grip section, immerse the nib in ink, and rotate the knob to fill. For color changes, simply flush with cool water until clear and allow to dry fully before refilling.
